| Just after 9pm on Tuesday, May 12th, Station 4 was alerted to assist on a Barn Fire in the 2600 block of Braddock Rd near Taylorsville. TNK4, TNK550 (county reserve tanker), and WS42 responded as part of the Tanker Task Force and E41 responded as the engine on the Rapid Intervention Dispatch.
TNK4 and TNK550 both hauled multiple loads of water from tanker fill sites to the fire scene. WS42 set up one of the 3 tanker fill sites using the underground tank on Kimberly Drive near Roop Rd. E41 staged and was ultimately cleared and returned to cover our first due. |
