Just after 2:15pm on Thursday July 6th, units from Lisbon were alerted to respond for a reported house fire after a lightning strike in Woodbine (Carroll County). E41 and RTNK4 responded and assisted other companies with a working fire. Crews operated on scene for approximately 3 hours.
