Shortly before 6pm on Wednesday, May 26th units were alerted for a house struck by lightning in Station 11’s area (Scaggsville). Upon arrival crews declared a working fire bringing more resources from Howard and Montgomery counties. RE4 responded to Station 10 (Rivers Park) on a transfer while CE102 (New Windsor) and E41 provided first due coverage.

At 8:15pm Carroll County alerted units for the report of a house fire in the 100 Block of Brass Eagle Dr in Eldersburg. ET44 responded and assisted on the tanker task force.

While RE4 was committed on the transfer and ET44 operated on the fire E41 was alerted and responded with CF4A for a report of wires down with trees on fire in the 5000 block of Woodbine Rd. After clearing E41 transferred to Carroll Station 14 (Winfield) to provide coverage during their fire.

RE4 returned to Lisbon, and assisted P45 with a call for a medical emergency. CF4A also responded to a medical emergency to assist Carroll County units during the fire.
