At 7:15pm on Saturday December 5th, units were alerted for the report of a structure fire in the area of Frederick Rd and Pfefferkorn Rd in West Friendship. Police arrived shortly after dispatch to find a working barn fire in 13400 block of Frederick Rd. E41 and ET44 responded from Lisbon along with crews from Howard County DFRS, West Friendship, and Sykesville. Our crews operated for over 3 hours while the fire was extinguished.

While E41 and ET44 were committed on this incident, volunteers staffed RE4 in the station to ensure adequate coverage in our first due.
