Just after midnight on March 26, Box Alarm 13-1 was alerted for the second floor of a farm house on fire in the 2100 Block of Route 97. Engine 41 responded with 5 and arrived right behind the first due company. Engine 131's initial report was that they had a two story farm house with heavy fire from the second floor. Upon Engine 41's arrival, command had them force the front door and begin a primary search of the dwelling. Engine 41 gave an all clear on the first floor and stretched a line to begin attacking the fire on the second floor.

Crews from multiple jurisdictions operated for approximately 5 and a half hours extinguishing the fire.
