Our new Chiefs Tahoe arrived and was placed in service earlier this week. It is a 2014 Chevy Tahoe complete with a Whelen Inner Edge light bar in the windshield, Dominator Plus 8 head stick in the grille, Whelen Ions on the running board and intersection light (total of 8 between the two sides), rear M2 and 8 head TIR3 Dominator. As well as a Whelen HHS2200 siren with a hand held controller.

This unit will be known as "Chief 4" over the air and allows our fire chief to respond to incidents from wherever he is to assist with command level incidents.

We would like to thank the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services for their assistance in acquiring this vehicle. We will put it to good use!
