Shortly after 1000, units from Lisbon and surrounding stations were alerted for a rescue with entrapment at Old Frederick and Twin Arch Rd. Upon arrival of Lisbon's units, a propane truck was discovered overturned and down a hill. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle prior to the arrival of units. Command was advised the tank was nearly full with propane. MDE and the owner of the truck assisted with the removal of the propane. The driver was transported with minor injuries to a local hospital.
