Lisbon VFD helps welcome a baby girl

Shortly after 2230 P-45 was alerted for a maternity call on Shaffers Mill Rd. While enroute P-45 was advised that the baby had already delivered. Upon arrival the crew of P-45 were greeted by a healthy baby girl. Lisbon would like to congratulate the family on their addition.
