At 6:12 am on Wednesday September 25th units from Lisbon were alerted for a vehicle accident on I-70 westbound near Woodbine Rd with unknown injuries. As RE4 and P45 were responding Frederick FM903 arrived on scene to find a 2 vehicle accident with a patient unconscious and trapped in the vehicle. The assignment was upgraded bringing units from Glenwood, Mt. Airy, and HCDFRS command staff. CF4A also responded and had command of the incident. Aviation was requested to transport one patient to an area trauma center, and three others were transported to a local hospital.
