At just before 9pm on Tuesday September 18th units from Lisbon and Mt. Airy were alerted for the report of a vehicle fire on I70 between Rt. 94 and the county line. P45 was responding to a medical emergency in Mt. Airy and was able to give an updated location of I70 Westbound between the Lisbon exit and the West Watersville Rd overpass. E41 and ET44 responded and arrived on scene to find a truck fully involved. The crews from both units had the fire under control within 5 minutes of arriving on scene. There were no injuries, units operated on scene for approximately 30 minutes before turning the scene over to Maryland State Police. Video Credit: HVO B. Grossnickle
