At around 11am on Wednesday August 15th units from Lisbon and Mt. Airy were alerted for the report of a motorhome on fire near an outbuilding in the 800 block of Long Corner Rd. After receiving multiple calls the call was upgraded to a full box alarm due to the report of a possible second exposure building. RE4 arrived to find a motorhome fully involved next to one outbuilding. The assignment was held and crews from Lisbon and Mt. Airy worked to extinguish the fire with minimal damage to the building. Chief 4B responded and handled command of the incident, and Chief 4A handled water supply. Crews operated on scene for approximately one hour.
